Looking for a hands-on maintenance role with a stable manufacturer?

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our production and packaging operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and machine inspections
• Complete machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Adjust operating parameters including speeds, torque settings, and fill weights
• Train operators on equipment setup and operation
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders
• Support continuous improvement and special projects
• Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience working independently and within a team

Preferred:

• Trade school, military technical training, or Associate's degree
• Electrical certification or demonstrated electrical maintenance experience
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or consumer products manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Mechanical repairs and machine troubleshooting
• Single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
• Hand and power tools
• Meters and testing equipment
• Basic machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press)
• Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems
