Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities
Lead and train plant operators and production staff
Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
Monitor equipment performance and support maintenance initiatives
Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and production processes
Resolve operational and customer-related issues
Track operational metrics and support continuous improvement projects
Maintain accurate production records and reporting
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of related industrial or plant operations experience
Previous plant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work in industrial environments and perform physical job duties as required
