Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring high‑speed, high‑volume, multi‑SKU output meets performance, quality, and safety standards
• Direct, coach, and hold frontline teams accountable for labor deployment, productivity, and adherence to production schedules
• Monitor real‑time production performance, troubleshoot issues quickly, and make decisive adjustments to maintain throughput and minimize downtime
• Enforce strict quality, safety, and operational procedures while driving continuous improvement across processes and workflows
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and support accurate reporting and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct oversight of frontline teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, multi‑SKU environment
• Proven success managing complex, rapid‑change production operations with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to stay floor‑focused, drive urgency, and maintain high performance under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and heavy workloads
• Experience enforcing safety, quality, and operational standards while improving productivity and team accountability

Salary: $70k - $95k
