Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production activities to meet company goals and deadlines.
• Utilize GD&T principles to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Implement project management techniques to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee CNC programming and machine setups for production runs, specifically using Mastercam.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP software for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows and meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application in manufacturing.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Experience in CNC programming, particularly with Mastercam software.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment.
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling techniques.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Experience with CAM software is a plus.
