Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective output

• Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve efficiency and productivity

• Supervise, train, and develop production teams while driving accountability and performance

• Oversee equipment performance, maintenance, and uptime

• Manage inventory, material flow, and supplier coordination

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures

• Track and analyze KPIs (output, waste, labor, downtime) to drive improvements

• Maintain accurate production reporting and cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards

• Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization

• Ability to analyze data and drive operational efficiency

• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems is a plus

• Plastics - PA6 Experience
• Plastics - PA66 Materials Experience
• Plastic Extrusion Experience
