Apex Placement & Consulting has partnered with an established manufacturing company seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead its production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management, team development, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing multiple shifts, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. We are looking for a motivated leader who can build a strong team, solve problems, and consistently drive production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements:- Oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts, including production scheduling, staffing, batching, blending, bottling, canning, and packaging.

• Lead, train, coach, and manage production employees and team leads, ensuring accountability for productivity, quality, attendance, and safety.
• Monitor production schedules, KPIs, labor costs, inventory, and equipment performance to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, resolve production issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to support efficient production and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, company policies, sanitation procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance coordination, production documentation, material availability, inventory accuracy, and production staffing budgets.
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and accountable work environment while supporting employee development and operational excellence.

Qualifications- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food, beverage, brewing, distilling, or spirits production.

• Minimum of 3 years of production leadership or management experience, including supervising teams of 25 or more employees.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple shifts, production schedules, staffing requirements, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience monitoring production KPIs, improving operational efficiency, controlling labor costs, and managing resources.
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software for production, inventory, and material tracking.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve employee and operational issues, and collaborate effectively across departments.
