Job Overview:

Hybrid’s humble beginnings started in 1997 in the back of a print shop designing, selling, and printing tee shirts. Today, Hybrid is a global apparel industry powerhouse in brand and licensing management. Hybrid provides its expertise and fully vertical operations capability – design, merchandising, development, sourcing, production, and distribution – to a broad suite of branded, licensed, generic, and private label partners. Hybrid’s full-service apparel design and manufacturing expertise extends across the apparel category, including knits, woven tops, bottoms, tees, and accessories.

As our organization has evolved, so has our philosophy of doing business. We have made concerted efforts to remove ourselves from the antiquated approach of other apparel manufacturers and doing things differently has been our focus. We are building a company ethos that breeds innovation, collaboration, integrity and excellence in customer service.

What is my role?

This role supports Brixton's apparel and printable tee business by combining key account management with end-to-end production coordination. The position owns day-to-day communication for assigned accounts, aligns internal teams around seasonal and special make- up needs, and ensures product moves from development handoff through bulk production to on-time delivery, all to Brixton standards. The ideal candidate understands the pace of the apparel industry, is fluent in seasonal calendars and execution details, and balances client service with strong operational follow-through.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Brixton orders, owning communication across seasonal programs, replenishment business, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brixton, product development, planning, and logistics to align account priorities with internal execution.
  • Translate Brixton's seasonal orders for printable tees and fleece into Hybrid's Unity Worksheet format and upload them into Unity.
  • Convert account needs into actionable production timelines through purchase order review, WIP tracking, milestone management, and delivery follow-up.
  • Monitor the flow of styles across Brixton apparel categories, from development handoff through bulk production and final ship.
  • Track production calendars, ex-factory dates, vessel and freight timing, and inbound delivery schedules to support on-time launches and replenishment.
  • Review style details, blank procurement, trims, labeling, packaging, and color and artwork requirements to ensure production accuracy and alignment with Brixton brand standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve production issues spanning raw materials, sampling, approvals, quality concerns, shipping delays, and order changes.
  • Maintain clear account and production reporting, including order status, risk tracking, allocation changes, open issues, and action plans.
  • Support costing awareness and alignment across all pre-costed and pre-developed styles on order.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations partners to ready finished goods for timely routing, and provide shipping documentation, delivery updates, and issue resolution for key accounts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in account setup, order flow, production tracking, and communication processes to increase speed and accuracy.
  • Escalate material risks, timeline concerns, and customer-impacting issues promptly, partnering with leadership on solutions and recovery plans.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, apparel production, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in apparel account management, production management, sourcing, merchandising, or a related client- facing operational role.
  • Strong command of apparel production calendars, purchase order flow, WIP reporting, and on-time delivery management.
  • Working knowledge of garment construction, fabric and trim coordination, labeling, packaging, and quality standards across apparel and accessories.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, seasonal deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced brand environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, PLM, CRM, or order management systems strongly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners to keep production and account deliverables on track.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting lifestyle, fashion, or action sports apparel brands.
    • Experience managing key account programs involving seasonal assortments, special make-ups, or retailer-specific requirements.
    • Ability to analyze reporting and apply data to strengthen account execution, forecast alignment, and delivery performance.
