Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of products throughout the facility while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This role supports employee development, training, and compliance with internal and customer specifications while monitoring production performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote safety across all areas of the facility

• Support and enforce quality procedures and production standards

• Optimize productivity and labor efficiency across operations

• Organize workforce and establish staffing levels to support profitability

• Monitor production rates and ensure alignment with operational targets

• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and cross-functional departments

• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments and facilities

• Maintain strong work ethic and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Motivate employees and serve as a positive role model within the organization

• Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to support growth and advancement Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience leading in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and operational information

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply mechanical and electrical principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems Education• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience in supervision or operations management

• Ability to work in environments with moving equipment, noise, and varying conditions
