Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• - Perform machine setups, job changeovers and adjustments, while operating production machinery according to specifications.

  • Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and perform product quality testing.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

  • Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
