Position: Production Line Manager II
 Location: Big Sandy Plant – Catlettsburg, KY

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - Normal business hours, rotating on call schedule for after hours. Minimal travel required

The Production Line Manager II will manage personnel and budget for assigned line and support Reactivation at BSP. This includes all safety, environmental and operating conditions associated with this line.
 
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Achieve spending and raw material targets
  • Ensure all safety protocols and environmental standards are met
  • Lead assigned production line to 100% of standard
  • Achieve First Time Quality Goals
  • Ensure proper scheduling of employees and products
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required
  • 3-5 years Manufacturing experience is required
  • 2-3 years Supervisory experience is preferred
