Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line.

• Train new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in manufacturing or management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
