Production Line Leader

Next Gen HR Solutions is recruiting hands-on Production Line Leaders to coordinate daily assembly work, support team performance, and maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.

Pay and shifts

• First shift: $19.50/hour. Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM. Two openings; Saturday overtime opportunities may be available.
• Second shift: $20.50/hour. Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:30 AM. Five openings; Friday-night overtime opportunities may be available.

Second shift is the hiring priority. Times are local to the worksite.

What you will do

• Lead daily production: Coordinate line assignments, workflow and changeovers to support the production schedule.
• Train and support employees: Explain work instructions, coach team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain safety and quality: Follow production procedures, address concerns and escalate issues.
• Track results accurately: Maintain production records, material counts and required documentation.
• Solve problems with the team: Work with supervisors and support staff to resolve equipment, material and workflow issues.

Required qualifications

• At least two years of manufacturing or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred experience

Experience leading a production team, training employees, monitoring safety or quality, or tracking production performance is preferred. cGMP, Lean manufacturing and 5S experience are helpful, not required. Site-specific training is provided.
