Production Line Lead

Walton, KY

$18/hour (increase to $19/hour after training)

Start Time: 6:00 AM (work until the line is finished)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team on the production line
• Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently
• Assign tasks and jump in where needed
• Make sure the line is set up and ready to go
• Perform quality checks and keep accurate records
• Spot and report any issues to your supervisor
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills—you’ll be guiding a team
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift 5–20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Be on your feet most of the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift as needed
• Comfortable working in a production environment (50°–85°F)
