Looking for Leaders!

Position Summary:- Train and cross-train crews on production line and machines.

• Ensure that there is cooperation among crew members. Maintain and improve morale and make sure that they work as a team.
• Address questions, concerns, and problems expressed by the crew.
• Train crew members about the importance of running efficiently and safely.
