Production Associates – 2nd Shift (Carey, OH)

If you’re looking for a new opportunity, look no further. Acloché is seeking motivated Production candidates for 2nd shift in Carey, Ohio. These temp‑to‑hire roles are perfect for individuals who thrive in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and want to build long‑term experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down equipment

• Operate 500–1500T injection molding equipment

• Assist in setting up workflow for optimal performance

• Use process and end‑of‑line testing equipment and gauging tools

• Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs

• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies

• Ensure products meet specifications

• Mark parts for identification

• Assist with changeovers as needed

• Record production data

• Read and follow written instructions

• Take direction from supervisors

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment

• Perform preventive maintenance as required

• Contribute to team goals and meet production/quality standards

• Support and participate in EHS objectives

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (overtime as needed)

• Pay Rate:$17.60/hour
