**Production Lead

**Dallas, TX Area

**Summary

**

The Production Lead will coordinate manufacturing and warehouse employees, organize workloads, and support production schedules while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety.

**As a Production Lead You Will:

• Assign daily work and monitor production goals.

• Coach employees and support their development.

• Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, and working conditions.

• Monitor raw material inventory.

• Assist with hiring decisions and employee concerns.

• Enforce safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.

• Investigate accidents and support corrective actions.

• Maintain plant cleanliness and coordinate maintenance needs.

**Qualifications

**

• Manufacturing or warehouse leadership experience.

• Ability to organize workloads and communicate production priorities.

• Strong coaching, problem-solving, and employee relations skills.

• Understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.

• Ability to balance productivity, costs, and team performance.

**Education

**

• High school diploma required.

**Salary Range

**

$50,000 annually.
