SUMMARY
Perform functions of department line supervision and direct the daily activities of the line employees to assure timely availability of high-quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and train employees to perform different jobs correctly and to build quality product efficiently.
Keep all required work-related records up to date.
Maintain a steady workflow.
Keep respected area in compliance with the general manufacturing procedures.
Recommend ways to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
Follow all safety procedures.
Ability to prioritize and organize
Good people and communication skills
Assist workers in solving production problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Degree or equivalent (GED)
1+ years in a manufacturing setting

INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS

No performance discipline level of Written Warning or above within last 12 months
Must be Full-time employee of Argon Medical Devices, Inc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical aptitude skills
Basic knowledge of windows and internet based programs
Basic understanding of ISO 13485 procedures
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral, or diagram form.
Due to the business necessity of communication, safety and production, candidates must be able to speak, read and write English.
