Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Lead to join our team at our facility in Jeffersonville, IN, 47111. As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication abilities, experience in a manufacturing environment, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production workers to meet production goals and quality standards
Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any production-related issues
Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Track and report production metrics to management
Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes

Qualifications

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
