NW Industrial Staffing is seeking an experienced **Production Lead **on swing shift for ceiling manufacturing facility in Springfield to assist with managing quality, the schedule and safety:

JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS

* Assign co-workers to setup and operate work centers based on the scheduled load

* Ensure safe work habits and practices

* Work alongside production co-workers operating machinery, moving product & quality control

* Change-over & setup machines for new products

* Troubleshoot issues

* Communicate to management regarding progress as needed

* Engage in goal setting and accomplish realistic goals

* Participate in process improvements

* Train & coach co-workers as needed

* Assist in daily huddles & participate in production decisions

* Update breakdown sheets as required

* 2 years of production lead experience - preferably in a wood products facility

* Pre-placement background check and Drug Screen INCLUDING THC

JOB DETAILS

* Location: Springfield, OR 97477

* Shift: M-TH 4:15pm-2:30am

* Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/h
