Production Laborer – Mahanoy City, PA

Permanent/Full Time, Shift: Open

Perform production labor work necessary to assist with the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products.

Salary Range: $21.70

Key Responsibilities

• Set up precast concrete production beds using drawings, layouts, reveals, and steel plates.
• Read and interpret blueprints to install blockouts and ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor concrete placement and casting operations to maintain quality standards.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and other production machinery.
• Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing, and production processes.
• Perform finishing work such as grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation of concrete products.
• Safely rig, move, and secure finished products using clamps and lifting equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regularexposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways.
• Requires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintainspatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment.
• Ability to carry out complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
