Production Laborer – First Shift

Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is hiring Production Laborers for a well-established manufacturing company in Butler, PA.

Location: Butler, PA

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime Included)

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Handle and move large glass panes throughout the production facility
• Package glass products using protective materials for shipment
• Assist with staging materials and loading glass onto cutting tables
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure quality standards
• Use tape measures and basic hand tools to verify dimensions and specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support production operations as needed to meet customer demands

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 45 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and handling glass products
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
