Join Our Team: Production Laborer

Location: York, South Carolina

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (weekends as needed), 6:30 am – 5:00 pm

Starting Pay: $17.58 

About the Role

Are you an energetic, reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment? We are looking for a Production Laborer to assist our production team in York, SC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with stacking, loading, cleaning, and finalizing customer orders. 

If you have a strong work ethic, a mechanical mindset, and an impressive safety record, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Assist in various production labor tasks and collaborate with a team to complete orders efficiently and safely. 
  • Stacking & Packaging: Remove products from the packaging area and accurately stack them on pallets according to order specifications. 
  • Machine Assistance: Work closely with the machine operator during product changeovers and utilize mechanical aptitude to adjust the saw. 
  • Quality & Reporting: Perform routine quality checks and accurately complete required paperwork and reports. 
  • Safety First: Strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures. 
  • Team Culture: Contribute daily to a positive, energetic, and supportive work environment. 

Role Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 10–12 hours each day and continuously lift 40–50 lbs. 
  • Dependability: A rock-solid attendance record, strong work ethic, and proven reliability. 
  • Teamwork & Attitude: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a natural ability to work well in a collaborative team setting. 
  • Skillset: High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and effective communication skills. 

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Candidates with less than a high school education are encouraged to apply if they have up to one month of related training/experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
