Production Laborer Job in Charleroi, PA

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Laborers and Manufacturing Associates for a leading tire retread and manufacturing facility in Charleroi, PA.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking work in manufacturing, production, general labor, warehouse operations, material handling, assembly, or industrial production. No tire manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.

We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tire retread manufacturing and production operations
• Load, unload, and move tires, tire casings, and production materials
• Support production line activities and manufacturing processes
• Perform material handling and staging of products throughout the facility
• Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Complete general labor and housekeeping duties
• Perform additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and follow production processes
• Commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Regular lifting and moving of materials
• Work around industrial equipment, tires, rubber products, and production machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
