POSITION SUMMARY:
Optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Design, implement, and improve production methods, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality output. This involves everything from analyzing current processes to implementing new technologies and training staff.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and improving production processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, such as reducing waste and downtime.
Ensuring products meet quality standards through monitoring and implementing quality control measures.
Determining the best equipment and its placement within the production line, as well as ensuring proper maintenance.
Establishing and enforcing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and track performance.
Working with other teams, such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Providing training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies.
Managing small to medium-scale projects from conception to completion, including cost analysis and justification for new equipment.
Diagnosing and resolving production issues, including human error and equipment malfunctions.
