JOB SUMMARY The Production Engineer reports to Operations Leader, supports daily manufacturing operations by improving productivity, reducing downtime, supporting production troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across assembly and machining areas, heavily demands over 70% of the time spent on the shop floor. This role works closely with Team Leaders, Process Engineering, and Operations Leadership to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency performance. Additionally, the role provides limited coordination support for preventive maintenance activities and spare parts tracking to support equipment reliability in a growing manufacturing environment. |
