Metrie Anderco is looking to grow our Door Shop team in Fullerton, CA!

What You Can Expect 

As a Door Shop Worker, you will be a member of our Door Shop team and will be fulfilling our daily schedules of door and door frame production. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of products that are shipped to our customers. You will report directly to our Production Manager in Fullerton, CA. 

We are currently looking to fill the following shift: 

• Monday to Friday – 5:00am to 1:30pm (occasional overtime)
• Location: Fullerton, CA
• Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. 

What background will make you successful? 

• You have your high school diploma or GED
• You are comfortable with basic math and fractions
• You have an understanding of carpentry and/or woodworking
• Ability to perform physical work (e.g., lifting product up to 50 lbs.)
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full-time position at Metrie. The base pay for this role starts at $18.00 per hour. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
