Position Summary
Royal Threads is seeking two Production Coordinators / Lead Production Operators to support our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production floor position—not an office, reception, or customer service role.
The ideal candidate will help keep production running efficiently by ensuring operators have the materials, supplies, and information they need to meet production goals. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Second and third shift opportunities are also available for candidates who prefer those schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure production teams have the materials, supplies, and work orders needed to stay productive.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between departments.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate status updates to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor inventory levels of production supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Maintain accurate production and shipment records.
- Work closely with production supervisors, warehouse personnel, and shipping/receiving teams.
- Help identify bottlenecks and communicate issues that could impact production.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other production support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment.
- Experience as a Production Coordinator, Manufacturing Coordinator, Lead Production Operator, Team Lead, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working on the production floor for the majority of the shift.
- Basic computer skills for tracking production, shipments, or inventory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift materials as needed and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available
