Location: 1085 Hwy 80 West, Jackson, MS 39204
Production Attendant Salary: 15.78/hour during probation; 21.81 upon completion
Hours:  6:45 AM – 3:00 PM, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM (shifts based on seniority)

Building with Integrity

• Operate mobile equipment from 10% to 90% of scheduled shift depending on work assignment
• Transfer materials manually or mobile equipment. Raw materials measurement and placement: maintain levels of raw materials, place materials into appropriate bins, set scales

Adapting Together

• Shift/schedule flexibility of regular time (any shift that may include off-hours and/or weekends) and overtime as needed
• Tile Rework/Scrap: Relabeling of cartons, open boxes of tile and place tile on scrap conveyor, remove paper from back side of scrap tile, stick to another tile, place on scrap conveyor, manually transfer boxes between pallets

Reinventing Through Resilience

• Train/learn all non-leadership production jobs as required or requested
• Monitor equipment which includes gauges, operation of controls, visual inspections, make adjustments, call in assistance, clear jams, maintain cleanliness of equipment
• Inspect tile product visually for defect, measure and document to quality specifications to ensure compliance, record results, place bad tile or scrap onto scrap conveyor or into bin, documentation/recordkeeping (computer and handwritten)

REVEAL EVERYTHING

FOUNDATION:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience in a related environment or equivalent training
• General understanding and ability to operate forklift, sweeper or mobile equipment
• Ability to identify various materials and finished projects
• Ability to operate gauges, refill supplies, and monitor video images
• Ability to read, comprehend and comply with Job Safety Analysis and related safety requirements
• Ability to lift 65 pounds
• Silver level and above on CRC Assessment administered through WIN Job center (waived during covid)

ADDED VALUE:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
