Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the production and packaging of lubricant products. This position involves operating packaging equipment, performing quality checks, labeling products, and supporting daily production activities to ensure products meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used to package lubricant products

• Ensure containers are properly filled, labeled, and packaged according to specifications

• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and accuracy

• Work in various production areas, including:- Packaging lines

  • Kit assembly
  • Large container filling
  • Product labeling

• Operate material handling equipment, including:- Bendi forklifts

  • Palletizers
  • Dolly loaders
  • Pallet wrappers
  • Electric pallet jacks

• Report equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues to supervisors

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Adapt to changing production needs and priorities

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures

✅ Flexibility to support varying production demands

✅ Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

✅ Desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred

⭐ Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience

⭐ Experience operating material handling equipment

Schedule

🕒 1st Shift

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime available as needed.

Pay Rate

💰 $15.50 per hour
