**Job Description **

We are hiring Production Associates for a busy distribution and production facility in Middletown. These positions involve a variety of hands-on production, packaging, and warehouse support duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and package first aid kits and other products.

• Hang, sort, fold, and bag garments and products.

• Roll mats and prepare products for processing or shipment.

• Operate pallet jacks to move products and materials.

• Track product usage, production quantities, and inventory.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Meet daily production, quality, and accuracy standards.

• Be flexible and willing to assist in different production areas as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.

• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop, squat, reach, stretch, and turn.

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the shift.

• Basic English communication skills required.

• Must be comfortable working around others for extended periods.

• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required.
