Automotive Production Associate

Pay: $15.50 – $21.33 per hour | Multiple Shifts Available

OnStaff Staffing is currently hiring Automotive Production Associates for several manufacturing partners in the area. These positions support the production of critical automotive components used in vehicles across the industry.

Facilities manufacture a variety of products including radiators, condensers, headlights, and other electrical and interior vehicle components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble automotive components and parts

  • Operate production and assembly equipment

  • Perform quality checks on finished products

  • Follow safety and production guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Meet production and attendance expectations

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not always required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

Compensation & Incentives
