Candidate position is for a Production Specialist in B08 fabrication facility in Goleta, California. The position is for production work conducted inside a clean room lab with full gown suits, ESD straps, microscope use and with frequent use of computer Microsoft Office applications.

*2nd Shift – 12:00PM – 8:30PM – Goleta, CA. This position is an onsite role. *

What you will do:

Working with adhesives, solvents, and/or paint
Handling small parts and assemblies
Wearing a cleanroom gown, smock, and/or an ESD strap
Operating and troubleshooting complex equipment
Reading and following specific work instructions and procedures
Reading and responding to messages in Outlook/Teams in a timely manner
Recording and reporting work done in an MES system

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent
4 years of experience working in a professional environment
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience using microscopes and manipulating objects while looking through them
Experience painting small components
Experience using tweezers on small components

The hourly range for this role is $17.31 to $35.58. The hourly range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
