Production Associate – Garment Processor

Location: Olyphant, PA 18447

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.75 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.25 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join a distribution center team in Olyphant, PA. This position involves inspecting, processing, and finishing garments to ensure quality and accuracy. Candidates with sewing experience are encouraged to apply, but a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are also important.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect garments and trim items for correct color, lettering, size, and quantity.
• Apply emblems, identification tapes, barcodes, and other garment accessories.
• Cut, sew, and hem garments as needed.
• Operate sewing machines and other garment-processing equipment.
• Ensure garments meet quality and production standards.
• Follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Basic English speaking and comprehension skills.
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions and maintenance materials in English.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a production or distribution center environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industrial sewing experience.
• At least one year of experience operating a sewing machine.
• Experience with garment alterations, hemming, or textile production.
