1st shift weekday position in our Hebron, KY Distribution Center. Hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Currently we are seeking a Production Associate - Embroidery Operator to be based at our Central Distribution Center in Hebron, KY.
The Embroidery Operator is responsible for applying customer names and logos to products (scrubs, sheets, towels, blankets, etc.) using Barudan embroidery machines.
Responsibilities Include:
Operate single and multi-head Barudan embroidery machines.
Create the text editing using Pulse software so that products can be labelled correctly. Download jacquards to the embroidery machines.
Place embroidery hoops on the products to ensure that logos are applied in the correct position.
Trim finished products for shipment.
Keep work flowing while also meeting production deadlines.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Communicate areas of improvement to management.
Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating embroidery machines or similar operating experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required. Familiarity with embroidery software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
