A leading manufacturing company in the Hillsboro area is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join its production team. This role is responsible for packaging products, applying labels, weighing materials to precise measurements, and assisting with various production and quality control processes.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Apply labels to product packaging accurately and consistently
• Weigh and portion products according to specifications
• Package finished products for distribution
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate production records
• Assemble and prepare packaging materials
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary
• Follow all safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• OLCC Certificate required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or assembly experience is preferred but not required
