Serving both the OEM and Aftermarket business segments throughout the world.

Seeking Full Time Production Associates at our Grand Haven, MI location with opportunities available on 2nd shift.

$17.75 hr. starting rate with a rapid 2-year progression plan- first increase after 90 days!

$0.75 Shift Differential

80 hrs. Vacation (prorated quarterly) and 40 hours PTO eligibility

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Follows standard work instructions to achieve optimum efficiency and cycle times
  • Performs quality checks to ensure product conforms to customer specs using various methods i.e. gauges, micrometers
  • Monitors equipment operations to ensure all products run to the standard specs and production schedule
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment, completes process documentation

2nd shift core hours: 2PM-10:10PM  (Monday-Friday)

  • We have an opening in a department whose trainers are only on 3rd shift. If you can train on 3rd for a 2nd shift position, we'd love to have you on the team!

Qualifications


  • Selected candidates must be able to walk, stand or sit for long periods depending on the area
  • Desire to learn
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but is not a requirement
  • Ability to lift no more than 35 lbs
