The anticipated pay rate for this role is as follows $17.50 + 10% shift differential = $19.25/h

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm - 11pm plus mandatory overtime as required

Bonus - $3,000 Retention Bonus [ $500 @ 90 days, $1000 @ 6 months and $1500 @ 1 year]

Job Summary

Manufacturing Teammate 1’s work on manufacturing lines building and
assembling medical procedure kits and trays, producing a quality product
in an efficient manner. Prepares finished product, packing kits and trays
into cartons for shipment to sterilization, distribution centers, and
customers.

Core Responsibilities

- Properly loads and packages products on the machines or building

and wrapping kits as assigned. Teammates may be moved to other
lines based on business need.
- Inspects components for visible defects during the load and
packaging process.
- Understands all safety policies and ensures awareness and
adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP), & ISO policies.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
- Works well with others in a team environment, is a positive
contributor to all team goals, and meets or exceeds production
efficiency standards on a regular basis.
- Rotates loading positions online at least once every hour.
- Performs additional duties as directed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

- Must have basic computer skills

- Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be willing to learn how to use new equipment.

- Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements.
