Hartung Glass is one of North America’s top custom glass manufacturers. We’ve been in business for over 100 years, and we’re still growing! Our Wilsonville team is looking for reliable, hands-on team players to join our production crew.

We’ll teach you what you need to know—if you’ve worked in manufacturing, construction, or a fast-paced warehouse, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

As a Laminated Glass Operator, you’ll help create safety glass by layering sheets of glass and bonding them together with heat and pressure.

This is a day shift position with typical hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, though hours may fluctuate based on production needs.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Higher rates may be offered for candidates with relevant experience.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Handling and prepping glass and plastic film
• Measuring, cutting, and cleaning materials
• Assembling layers to prepare for bonding
• Running heat/press machines (we’ll train you!)
• Checking for defects and following safety rules
• Keeping your area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Great attendance and teamwork
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet
• Comfortable following directions and reading a tape measure
• Basic math skills 

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing role
• Worked with glass or industrial machinery before

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• This is a hands-on role in a production environment      with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment
• Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs. and 150 lbs. with assistance), standing, bending, and reaching are required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times (gloves, safety glasses, cut-resistant gear, etc.)
• Tasks may involve exposure to dust, glass, and cleaning materials
• Employees may rotate between workstations based on production needs
