Precision Marshall Steel, a leader in the tool and die industry, is seeking dependable, hard-working candidates that take pride in their work. Operations at Precision Marshall include: sawing, milling, grinding, and packaging steel in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting wage $25.50 - $30.00/hr
• Rapid progression increases - earn $31.00 - $35.50/hr in just 2.5 years!
• No experience necessary— fully-paid training on site
• Routine 4-day work week
• 10 paid holidays / year

Requirements:

• Clear background check and drug screen
• Current driver’s license
• Physical requirements include being able to push/pull/lift/carry/ standing & walking
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work shifts which may include weekends
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
