Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a production team in Wadsworth. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with plastic fabrication, assembly, finishing, and general shop duties. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production of plastic components and products

• Operate basic machinery and hand tools (training provided)

• Trim, sand, polish, or finish plastic materials as needed

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

• Comfortable working with tools and machinery

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Dependable attendance and work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Details:

• **Schedule:

  ** Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• **Overtime:

  ** Voluntary once training is complete

• **Pay:

  ** Starting at $600/ week

• **Growth Opportunity:

  ** Earn an increase of $0.50–$1.00 upon transition to permanent payroll, based on line proficiency and product knowledge
