Join our Legacy 

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Associate provides administrative and clerical support for production operations. This position assists with maintaining records related to receiving, storing, processing, and canning olives within Dynamics 365 and other business systems. The Production Associate supports production, supply chain, warehouse, and storage yard activities through data entry, document processing, inventory record maintenance, and reporting to help ensure accurate and timely operational records.

This is a temporary assignment filled through one of our trusted workforce agency partners.

Your Contribution to Excellence 

  • Assist with maintaining production, inventory, and receiving records within Dynamics 365 and other company systems.
  • Enter and verify production, inventory, and receiving data to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping.
  • Support olive harvest and imported olive receiving activities by reviewing paperwork and completing required documentation.
  • Scan, file, and organize production records, specifications, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Assist with daily production reporting, including pack-out, inventory, and production tracking reports.
  • Support the maintenance of storage yard and inventory records, including tracking product movements and inventory balances.
  • Verify production and packaging records for completeness and accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts of packaging materials, unlabeled cans, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Prepare and distribute routine reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as directed.
  • Communicate with production, warehouse, storage yard, supply chain, and other departments to obtain and update operational information.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Production Manager and production team.
  • Maintain organized files and records in accordance with department procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with special projects and seasonal production activities as assigned.
  • Develop, maintain, and update standard work instructions, visual aids, and one-point lessons to ensure consistent execution of production processes.
  • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams and workflow documentation to support operational consistency, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, including active participation in the prompt identification and communication of safety hazards.
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends as necessary.
  • Promptly report all food safety, quality, environmental, and social compliance concerns to management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


What you Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • One year of administrative, clerical, production support, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to accurately enter data and maintain records.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The Setting for Your Success

This role requires operation of forklifts, aerial lifts, golf carts, and other equipment, and involves working around active machinery in both indoor and outdoor settings, including areas with uneven surfaces.

Employees are regularly exposed to elevated noise levels, temperature extremes, dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals, particularly during maintenance and sanitation activities. The position may also require occasional work at heights.
