Job Overview:
Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Metro East / Sauget, IL Area
A growing manufacturing facility in the Metro East area is seeking Production Associates for ongoing full-time opportunities on both day and evening shifts. This is a production and packaging environment supporting chemical and consumer product manufacturing operations.
Shift Options:
Day Shift: 5:15 AM – 3:45 PM | $17/hr
Evening Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM | $18/hr
4-day / 10-hour schedule
Frequent overtime opportunities on Fridays
Responsibilities:
Package products into boxes
Tape and label boxes
Shrink wrap finished products
Support production lines
Follow safety and PPE procedures
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements:
Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
Reliable attendance and transportation required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with chemical odors
Must follow PPE and safety requirements at all times
Ability to lift light to moderate/heavier materials depending on assignment
No experience required; training provided
Additional Information:
Long sleeves, safety glasses, and baseball caps required onsite
Steel toe shoes recommended but not required
Temp-to-hire opportunity based on attendance and performance
