Assembly & Fabrication: Use hand tools, power tools, or specialized machinery to assemble components according to blueprints or SOPs.
Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and measurements to ensure products are free of defects.
Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
Inventory & Logistics: Feed raw materials into production lines and assist with the packing and labeling of finished goods.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic hand tools;Loads raw materials and removes finished goods and products for shipping, often operating a forklift.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a "team-first" attitude.
Availability: Must be able to work overtime or weekends if production demands increase.
