Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Clean, Package and label finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- LEAN Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and fulfil customer orders in various formats
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to accurately read drawings, instructions, and measurements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
