Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Clean, Package and label finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• LEAN Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and fulfil customer orders in various formats
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to accurately read drawings, instructions, and measurements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
