Position Overview: Fresh Products is currently offering full-time positions for Production Associates at our Perrysburg, OH facility. We're committed to providing a competitive hourly rate and a safe, clean work environment that fosters growth and teamwork.

Schedule Options: Work 4 Days, Enjoy 3 Days Off (10-hour shifts)

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 5:00PM to 3:30AM, Monday to Thursday

What Fresh Products Offers:

• Competitive base pay of $18.60 per hour with an additional $1.50 Shift Premium
• Enjoy a 4-day work week, with 3 days off
• Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays that is communicated ahead of time

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
