Production Associate

Monday–Friday | 6am to 3pm$19–$22/hrInsurance, PTO and more!Do you enjoy an active, hands-on position with plenty of variety? This role works both indoors and outdoors while helping blend and prepare industrial lubricant products.

What You’ll Do- Weigh and load raw materials into mixing tanks

• Monitor and adjust the mixing process
• Unload and store finished batches
• Verify material weights and batch contents
• Document steps in the mixing process
• Collect samples for quality-control testing
• Operate Class A and B trucks on company property for weighing
• Assist with railcar and tanker loading activities
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow company procedures and safety practices

Requirements:

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Able to safely climb railcars and tankers
• Able to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail
• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift experience
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
