Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in Newark, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 4 -10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm)

Overtime availability required as needed (Friday and/or Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm shift)

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow drawings and/or job instructions to assemble battery and electronic components, ensuring high quality standards.
• Specific job duties may include; hand assembly with small parts, welding, soldering, machine operation, wire preparation, testing, packaging, quality checks, computer tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
