Overview

NOW HIRING - PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES - 1ST & 2ND SHIFT!

Starting Pay is $19 with a raise ever 90 days until top rate is reached

**Shifts:**

1st Shift: Monday: 6:30am-3:00pm and Tuesday- Friday: 4:30am -3:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday- Thursday: 3:00pm- 1:30am and Friday: 3:00pm- 11:30 pm

*Currently we are working 1-8 hour shift a week and 4 -10 hour shifts a week*

Saturday:Scheduled as needed typically twice a month

Summary:

Performs rubber compression machining operations. This includes the set-up and operation of compression mold machines and familiarity with, cryogenic, inspection, finishing, and vision machine operations.

Essential Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Molding:

  • Operate hydraulic rubber compression molding presses to mold one-size parts according to specified time, temperature, and pressure. Maintain standard operating levels. Clean and change molds in prescribed routing. Maintain product records, route cards, and team improvement boards. Perform basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and preventative maintenance.

Cryogenic Finishing:

  • Sets cryo temperatures, speeds, and times according to specified procedures. Loads and unloads cryo, and loads parts into washer & dryer after cryo operation. Records scrap as detected and reports high scrap percentages to appropriate personnel.

Miscellaneous:

  • Other duties include performance of packaging, labeling, and shipping operations. Basic skills are necessary to process sample requests. Maintain neat, clean and orderly work area. Must be willing to practice lean principals.

Education : High school graduate or GED

Experience : 2-4 Years of related experience

Computer Skills : Ability to navigate computer screens, open, close, and save programs

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours a day, walk, sit, lift, push and pull occasionally during the shift. Must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally.
