Job Title: Production Associate I

Location: Henderson, CO 80640

Duration: 12+ months Contract

Pay Rate: $23.50/hour on W2

Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm (Mountain time zone)-1st Shift

Manager Notes:

• We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Technician with experience in tools and automotive or heavy equipment work.
• The primary responsibility of this role is the tear down of 60L and 78L engines.
• This position involves working with cranes to lift heavy components and using hand and power tools to disassemble engine parts.

Job Description:

• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Assisting in the teardown of high horsepower diesel engines.
• This job role rotates employees through the disassembly of the engine, cleaning of the components, and inspection of the parts to prepare them for the next stage in production.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
