Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join a radiator manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect radiator components according to specifications
• Operate basic manufacturing and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks on finished parts
• Package and label completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
• SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY 3-4HOURS ONLY
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
